I didn’t plan to build an app.
Honestly, I still sometimes wonder if the world really needs another breath work app.
I’ve been practicing and teaching pranayama and yoga for almost a decade, and went deeper into this path in a traditional yoga school in India. Uniforms, strict schedules, discipline. Very different from what yoga and breath work often look like today.
Somewhere along the way, I started wondering: yoga has spread everywhere, which is beautiful, but it has also become watered down and turned into something that often feels more like consuming content than actually practicing.
So I asked myself: Can something exist that respects the depth of these practices, the way they’ve been practiced in India for centuries, while still being approachable for someone with 15 minutes in their day and 500 tabs open in their mind?
The Still Path came from that.
We’re not much on social media. We don’t run ads or email campaigns. Still has grown quietly, through people who practice, feel something shift, and share it with someone they care about.
So if you’ve somehow found your way here, honestly, welcome and thank you.
Raja Yoga is experiential. You understand it by doing it, not reading about it. Begin with your first 5 sessions - a guided glimpse into the path through breath work and meditation. They’re free, and only 10 minutes each.

THE
Paths
The six paths are the soul of Still. Each path consists of daily sits (or sessions). You choose your active sit for the day, practise it, and move to the next one tomorrow. Work through the journey at your own pace, repeat sits as needed, and enjoy it as it unfolds.

THE STILL
Values

Mauna
|
मौन
At the heart of Still is mauna, silence. Not just silence of sound, but quieting all that is unnecessary.
No notifications. No streak pressure. No dopamine hooks. No decision fatigue with endless choices. The app is intentionally minimal, designed to keep your attention on the practice, not the screen.

Abhyasa
|
अभ्यास
Still provides the structure and guidance to support abhyasa, the discipline and regular observance that anchor your practice. There are times when practice will fall away, and that’s okay. Life happens. Abhyasa is the act of tending to the practice. Showing up, again and again, with respect and without judgment.
Structured, but flexible and forgiving, the journey is designed so that you can move at your own pace, take a break when you need it, and return without guilt.

Vairagya
|
वैराग्य
The ultimate goal is self-reliance.
Vairagya means non-attachment or dispassion. Not getting stuck to anything. Over time, the practice becomes yours. And you won't even need us, or the app.
Outgrowing us is the point.

FROM INDIA
For the world
Still is a small, independent company from India, run by Aastha - founder, teacher and practitione. Everything here is rooted in the traditions of Raja Yoga, classical pranayamas and the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras. We think of you as a practitioner, not a customer. Every detail has been designed with care, and every unnecessary feature has been removed so your attention can remain where it belongs - on the practice.
We chose to stay small and grow slowly, so we could remain true to these principles. And we hope one day, something unexpected happens. You wake up, find a quiet corner of your room, close your eyes, and begin your own practice without needing us. Because the practice has become your own. When that day comes, we'll consider our work complete.
