Whether sipping chai, playing sports, driving, or singing, have you ever felt your mind clear and go blank? That's what yoga aimed to achieve thousands of years ago—to quiet the mind through controlled breath.
During my training in traditional ashrams across India, I too realised the magic of daily breathwork. Still is a small way of bringing this ancient wisdom back into the mainstream, giving my super busy generation simple, authentic tools for finding calm in this crazy, noisy world.

Honestly, I've not been consistent with most things in my life. With Still, I don't know if it's the streak or how I feel after every practice but building a habit has been effortless. I started my Day 1 in March and didn't even realize when I reached Day 40/40. Now my day feels incomplete without the Daily Still.

I completed Day 10 today! So happy, and I'm seeing some tiny shoots of this practice everyday about stillness and presence, and especially lesser procrastination and not requiring siestas but only short naps.
The audio and even video instructions are very precise and the warming up to the practice has been very progressive and has kept me excited everyday.
