With a Master of Yoga (M.Y) from Sivananda, Aastha is the founder and teacher at Still. An athlete and avid practitioner of vipassana, she has trained in the Sivananda lineage since 2014, specializing in breathwork and meditation and guiding thousands worldwide to stillness through breath.

During my training in traditional ashrams across India, I too realised the magic of daily breathwork. Still is a small way of bringing this ancient wisdom back into the mainstream, giving my super busy generation simple, authentic tools for finding calm in this crazy, noisy world.
Here, we’ll keep it simple—just 10 minutes a day with simple breathwork techniques. I’ll guide you personally, and if it’s not the right fit, that’s okay. But all I ask is that you give it a real, honest shot for the first 5 days!
